Tote the Load's Organizational Moving System may include Inventory Cards that customers can use to organize and track their belongings.

Completed Inventory Cards belong to the customer.

During normal operations, Tote the Load does not require completed Inventory Cards to be returned and does not intentionally collect, record, photograph, digitally capture, or retain the contents customers write on them.

Customers should remove personal papers, Inventory Cards, and belongings from rental equipment before pickup.

If personal property is accidentally returned with rental equipment, Tote the Load may temporarily hold the discovered property and contact the customer to arrange retrieval.
 

6. How We Share Information

We may share personal information with service providers when reasonably necessary to operate the business or provide requested services. These may include providers that support:
